We use less water, less pressure, and less detergent, and still achieve superior results. Let's dive into this revolutionary technology and discover how it's transforming the way we clean your home.
What is Power Washing?
Residential power washing, also known as pressure washing, is the process of using a high-pressure water to remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other contaminants. Power washing utilizes high pressure water (750psi and above) to penetrate deep into the pores of surfaces, ensuring a thorough and effective clean. In most cases, this should be reserved for commercial and industrial applications.
What is Soft Washing?
Soft washing was invented to reduce the need for high pressure cleaning that can damage surfaces. It uses a low-pressure pump to distribute cleaning agents to delicate surfaces to kill organic growth. It is very effective in killing organic growth, however the use of strong oxidizers in high concentrations are necessary. The potential to kill plants and damage surfaces is extremely high.
What is HybridWash!™?
A system created by City Clean to reduce the use of chemicals to be more environmentally friendly while yielding better results than soft washing and pressure washing alone. The owners have over 40 years combined experience in the exterior cleaning business and in this time, they found that there was no perfect system available on the market. This is why HybridWash!™ was created.
